Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services provided by NG HOST VIP ("we", "us", "our") through nghost.vip. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
All services provided by NG HOST VIP may be used for lawful purposes only. Any transmission, storage, or distribution of content that violates any applicable law — including the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt — is strictly prohibited. NG HOST VIP reserves the right to be the sole and final arbiter of what constitutes a violation of this AUP.
The provisions of this AUP are intended as guidelines and are not exhaustive. Conduct that violates law, regulation, or the accepted norms of the Internet community — whether or not expressly mentioned herein — is prohibited.
1. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following activities and content types are strictly prohibited across all NG HOST VIP services. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund:
- Hosting, distributing, or linking to copyrighted, pirated, or unlicensed content.
- Hosting, distributing, or facilitating illegal pornography or any sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Phishing websites, scam operations, ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities of any kind.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious software.
- Operating open proxies, TOR exit nodes, or open DNS resolvers.
- Network or port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or exploitation of third-party systems.
- Brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or any form of unauthorized system access.
- Operating stresser/booter websites or DDoS-for-hire services.
- IP spoofing, ARP poisoning, or any form of network impersonation.
- Virtual currency (cryptocurrency) mining of any kind.
- Operating botnets or participating in botnet activity.
- Running mail/SMS bombers or any mass-messaging abuse tools.
- Artificial traffic generation (e.g., HitLeap or similar services).
- HYIP (High-Yield Investment Program) websites.
- Card sharing software (Multics, CCcam, or similar).
- Any form of file hosting, cyberlocker, or personal media storage unrelated to website hosting.
- Video streaming platforms or Content Delivery Networks (CDN) without prior written approval.
- Telnet or SSH access scripts accessible to the public.
- Any activity that intentionally disrupts, degrades, or damages NG HOST VIP's infrastructure or the experience of other clients.
2. Spam & Email Abuse
All users must comply with all applicable anti-spam legislation. The following email-related activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) to recipients who have not opted in.
- Forgery of email headers or spoofing sender identity.
- Spamming via third-party proxy or proxy aggregation tools.
- Configuring mail servers to relay third-party messages without authentication.
- Hosting websites advertised through spam emails (spamvertising).
- Operating mailing lists without maintaining verifiable opt-in records.
Users who send mass mailings must maintain complete and accurate records of all consents and opt-in elections. NG HOST VIP reserves the right to request proof of consent at any time.
Consequences: If NG HOST VIP's IP ranges or domains are listed on any blacklist or mail filtering system as a result of a client's actions, that client's service will be suspended immediately pending investigation and may be terminated.
3. DDoS Attacks
NG HOST VIP operates DDoS-protected infrastructure; however, we do not guarantee any specific level of protection. We are generally able to mitigate attacks up to a certain threshold. Attacks exceeding this threshold may result in the targeted IP address being null-routed.
If a client's service is the target of persistent or large-scale DDoS attacks that negatively impact other clients or our network infrastructure:
- The client will be notified via support ticket.
- The client may be asked to implement mitigation measures or migrate to a provider offering specialized DDoS protection.
- In severe cases, the service may be suspended or terminated to protect network stability.
NG HOST VIP is not liable for any downtime or performance degradation resulting from DDoS attacks directed at a client's service.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints
NG HOST VIP respects intellectual property rights and expects its clients to do the same. If you believe that content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a written complaint containing the following information:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on our network.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A declaration that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, NG HOST VIP will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the infringing content and suspension of the responsible account.
5. Fair Usage Policy
"Unlimited" and "Unmetered" plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. These plans are designed exclusively for standard website-related content (HTML files, scripts, databases, and images directly linked to a live website). The following are explicitly prohibited under these plans:
- Using storage for personal backups, media archives, or files unrelated to website hosting.
- File locker or file sharing services.
- Uploading large collections of personal videos, music, or documents.
- Using the account as a general cloud storage solution.
NG HOST VIP monitors resource usage internally. Clients found to be exceeding reasonable usage thresholds will be notified via support ticket and given a reasonable period to reduce their usage. Persistent violations may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Reporting Violations
NG HOST VIP encourages responsible reporting of suspected policy violations. If you observe or become aware of any activity that violates this AUP — whether by a client or a third party using our infrastructure — please report it through either of the following channels:
- Support Ticket: Log in to your client area at nghost.vip/login and submit a new ticket.
- Email: [email protected] — please include as much detail as possible, including URLs, IP addresses, screenshots, and any other relevant evidence.
All reports are treated confidentially. NG HOST VIP will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at NG HOST VIP's sole discretion:
- Warning: Issued for minor or first-time violations.
- Content Removal: Removal of offending content without notice.
- Service Suspension: Temporary deactivation of services pending investigation.
- Account Termination: Permanent termination of the account and all associated services without refund.
- Legal Action: Reporting of illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
NG HOST VIP reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice in cases where the violation poses an imminent threat to the security, performance, or integrity of our infrastructure or other clients.
8. Service Reinstatement After Suspension
If your service has been suspended, reinstatement is handled as follows:
- Non-Payment Suspension: Service is automatically reactivated upon payment of all outstanding invoices through the client area.
- Policy Violation Suspension: Reinstatement requires submission of a support ticket explaining how the violation has been resolved. NG HOST VIP will review the case and determine, at its sole discretion, whether to reinstate the service.
- Security/Attack-Related Suspension: Reinstatement is subject to NG HOST VIP's investigation and may require the client to implement specific remediation measures before services are restored.
NG HOST VIP is not liable for any business losses, data loss, or damages incurred during a suspension period.
9. Law Enforcement Cooperation
NG HOST VIP will cooperate fully with any lawful request from governmental authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies, including requests for information about clients who are suspected of illegal activity. We reserve the right to disclose client information — without prior notice to the client — when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation or court order.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of NG HOST VIP, our clients, or the public.
- Prevent or investigate suspected illegal activity.
Web Hosting
Account Resources
All shared hosting accounts are isolated by CloudLinux with enforced resource limits. These limits are not dedicated resources and are shared across multiple accounts on the same server. If your account persistently exceeds these limits or negatively impacts other users, you will be notified and may be required to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server.
Outgoing email is limited to 500 emails per hour per cPanel account, including PHP mail and mailman lists.
Backup Policy
Daily backups are performed on all cPanel servers with a 30-day retention. Accounts exceeding 100 GB storage or 500,000 inodes are excluded from our automated backup system. Backups are provided as a best-effort service and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.
NG HOST VIP may delete the following types of data if found in excessive quantities, without prior notice:
- Locally stored cPanel, Softaculous, or CMS backups.
- Backup temp files and backup logs.
- Large or orphaned error logs.
VPS Servers
Server Resources
VPS resources are allocated as follows depending on your plan type:
- vCPU (Dedicated): Plans marked as "Dedicated vCPU" provide guaranteed CPU cores exclusively assigned to your VPS. These cores are not shared with other clients and deliver consistent, predictable performance.
- vCPU (Shared): Plans with shared vCPU allocate CPU resources from a common pool. Performance may vary depending on overall node load. These plans are suitable for workloads that do not require constant high CPU utilization.
- RAM: Memory is fully dedicated and guaranteed per the specifications of your plan. Your allocated RAM is exclusively reserved for your VPS.
- Disk I/O: Storage read/write operations are shared at the hypervisor and storage subsystem level across all VPS instances on the same node. This is an inherent characteristic of virtualized environments. NG HOST VIP manages I/O fairly to ensure no single client excessively impacts others.
- Network Bandwidth & Traffic: Data transfer (traffic) is provided as unlimited on eligible plans as specified at the time of purchase. However, "unlimited traffic" does not mean unlimited network speed or unrestricted usage — all traffic is subject to our Fair Use Policy and the shared nature of our network infrastructure.
Network port speed is shared across the node and distributed among all clients on the same hypervisor. Actual throughput may fluctuate based on overall node utilization. NG HOST VIP reserves the right — at any time and without prior notice — to apply any of the following measures if a VPS is found to be persistently consuming an excessive or disproportionate share of network capacity:
- Temporarily reduce network port speed below the standard allocation (e.g., below 1 Gbps).
- Lower the bandwidth scheduling priority of the VPS relative to other clients on the same node.
- Apply traffic shaping or rate limiting for the duration of the excessive usage period.
- Suspend the service if excessive usage persists and poses a risk to infrastructure stability.
These measures are applied to protect the quality of service for all clients and will be lifted once normal usage patterns resume. NG HOST VIP is not obligated to provide advance notice before applying bandwidth management measures.
If your VPS is found to be persistently and excessively consuming shared resources (disk I/O or network) in a manner that degrades the experience of other clients on the same node, you will be notified via support ticket and asked to reduce your usage. Failure to comply may result in resource throttling, VPS reboot, or service suspension.
Technical Support Scope
VPS plans are unmanaged. NG HOST VIP technical support is limited to:
- Virtualization control panel issues.
- Network connectivity problems from our infrastructure side.
- Physical server hardware failures.
Operating system management, software installation, security configurations, and application-level issues are the sole responsibility of the client.
Dedicated Servers
Data Protection
Upon service termination, dedicated server drives are wiped using a standard quick-format. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that all drives are securely wiped to their own requirements prior to server return or redeployment. NG HOST VIP does not guarantee data destruction beyond quick-format.
Hardware Restrictions
Any attempt to bypass, tamper with, or modify internal server configurations — including BMC/IPMI interfaces, BIOS settings, or any hardware components — will result in immediate service suspension without notice. Intentional damage to server hardware will result in permanent account termination and the client will be held financially liable for all repair or replacement costs.
Operating System Licensing
Clients are fully responsible for providing and maintaining proper licenses for all operating systems and software installed on their dedicated servers. NG HOST VIP does not provide OS licenses or activation keys. Use of pirated or unlicensed software is a violation of this AUP and may result in immediate service termination.
Technical Support Scope
Dedicated servers are unmanaged. NG HOST VIP technical support is limited to:
- Hardware-level failures (RAM, HDD, NIC, etc.).
- Network connectivity from our infrastructure side.
- Remote hands assistance (IPMI/KVM access issues).
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Acceptable Use Policy in its entirety.
