 Core Concept: How Does the System Work?

Before diving into the individual sections, here is the most crucial concept to understand:

  • Everything runs locally on your router (MikroTik) — not on an external RADIUS server. This means all vouchers, users, and profiles are stored and processed directly within your hardware. As a result, if the connection to the control panel drops for any reason, your network and vouchers remain fully operational, and no user will lose internet access.
  • The panel manages the router directly. Any action you perform (adding a voucher, suspending a user, changing a profile...) is executed on your device in real-time, displaying the actual, instantaneous live status of your router.
  • Backups are securely stored in our cloud. You can restore your router to any previous backup state with a single click at any time — even if the device is completely formatted or replaced.

1)  Servers

This is the command center for your servers (routers). Here, you can monitor every router linked to your service and view its real-time status: Online or Offline, resource utilization, and remote external connection details.

  • Live Status Monitoring: Color-coded status indicators (Green/Red) showing the exact timestamp of the last connection.
  • "Copy Setup Script" Button: Copies the ready-made script that you paste into your router's terminal just once to instantly link it to the panel.
  • Access to all other sections (MikroTik management, Vouchers, etc.) is managed through the specific server you select.

 If a server appears as "Suspended", it means there is an overdue invoice on the service. The panel will remain fully accessible, and you can still use your other services, but the suspended server itself will be hidden from lists until the invoice is settled.

2) ⚙️ MikroTik Management

Gain complete control over your router without ever opening Winbox. From this section, you can:

  • Monitor hardware resource metrics: CPU usage, Memory, RouterOS version, Uptime, and Device Model.
  • Safely trigger a Reboot of your router directly from the cloud panel.
  • Manage Cloud Backups (create a fresh backup or restore an older one instantly).
  • Configure Telegram Alerts (detailed in the next section).

Performance Note: This page pulls data from your router on-demand when opened. To refresh the metrics, simply click the "Refresh" button — there is no continuous background polling that drains your hardware's performance.

3)  Telegram Alerts

Receive real-time Telegram notifications the exact moment a critical event occurs on your router, keeping you informed without needing to look at the panel. Events you can monitor include:

  •  Internet Connection Drops/Restorations (with automated diagnosis of the cause: power outage/reboot vs. ISP internet drop).
  •  Router Startup / Reboot events.
  •  Public WAN IP changes.
  • ⚠️ Custom threshold alerts for: CPU / Memory / Storage / Temperature.
  •  Targeted Device Monitoring (IP Ping): Track critical hardware like security cameras, local servers, or switches — and get instantly notified if they go offline or come back online.

You have two methods to receive notifications (only one can be active at a time):

  • Our Centralized Bot (Easiest): Simply click "Link Telegram", press Start in our official bot, and you're good to go. No manual bot creation required.
  • Your Custom Telegram Bot (Advanced): If you prefer to route alerts through your own brand's bot, create one via @BotFather, grab your Token and Chat ID, and insert them into the dedicated fields. Note: Activating your custom bot automatically disables the centralized bot, and vice versa.

4)  Hotspot Management

Easily manage all Hotspot users and profiles running on your router:

  • User Profiles: View all active users along with their status (Connected/Disconnected, Active/Suspended), data consumption, remaining data quota, and expiration date.
  • Add, edit, suspend, or delete users, and assign a subscription price to individual users for seamless revenue tracking.
  • Print credentials for any specific user as a ready-to-use voucher instantly.
  • User Profiles: Create and modify bandwidth profiles, speed limits, data quotas, and validity periods.
  • Monitor Active Sessions and view the Hosts list currently connected to your network.

 If you have a massive subscriber base, the page utilizes high-performance Pagination. You can adjust the number of rows displayed per page, and the live search feature queries your entire database instantly without lagging your browser.

5)  Hotspot Vouchers

The engine of your voucher sales operation. Generate and print bulk vouchers with professional layouts:

  • Bulk Voucher Generation: Create batches of vouchers of any quantity based on any profile (whether created via the panel or existing native router profiles).
  • Customize code length, characters type (Numbers/Letters), set pricing, and choose your local currency per batch.
  • Multiple Print Templates:
    • Standard elegant voucher design.
    • Grid-based sheet template for efficient bulk page-printing.
    • Thermal Receipt Template: Prints individual vouchers into a sleek receipt layout tailored for POS thermal printers to hand directly to clients.
    • QR Code Auto-Login Template: Customers simply scan the QR code to log in automatically without typing a username or password.
  • Print a single voucher, a select custom group, or an entire batch.
  • Track Live Voucher Statuses: Unused, Currently Active, Quota Exhausted, or Expired.

6)  PPPoE Management

Dedicated section for monthly subscribers (Home Broadband / Landline internet) utilizing PPPoE:

  • View all PPPoE accounts with live statuses (Connected/Disconnected), assigned IPs, data usage stats, and active profiles.
  • Add, edit, suspend, or delete subscribers, complete with customer CRM data and billing values.

7)  Reports & Revenue

 Persistent Historical Logging: Earnings data remains safely archived even if you delete the sold voucher from the router database later. If you look up sales data from months ago, it remains accurate. A "Reset Reports" button is available if you wish to wipe the ledger clean and start fresh.

8)  Subscriber Look-up

A dedicated self-service page made for your end-users. Customers can log in independently to view their own metrics: remaining data limits, quota balances, and account expiration dates — without opening a support ticket. This decreases your daily technical support load and increases customer satisfaction.

9)  Distributors & Outlets

If you distribute vouchers through local shops, resellers, or agents, this portal structures your supply chain:

  • Add distributors to your network and assign specific voucher batches to their accounts.
  • Track "Sold vs. Collected" metrics for each individual distributor.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

If the connection to the cloud panel drops, will my clients lose internet access?
No. All operational databases and authentication rules reside natively on your router. The network and vouchers will function perfectly. The panel is strictly utilized for administration and management.

Can the system handle high volumes of vouchers and active users?
Yes. The architecture is engineered to easily process tens of thousands of vouchers and accounts efficiently. The interface utilizes batch pagination to ensure browser rendering is always instantaneous and fluid.

If I delete a sold voucher from the system, will its financial entry disappear from my reports?
No. Financial ledger transactions are permanently committed to the cloud database upon activation, ensuring your accounting history remains fully intact even after vouchers are recycled or deleted.
